It's that time of year, when the boots come out, the weather changes, Pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks and life gets a little hectic. So it never ever hurts to 'sweeten' up your day.
Most of us know honey as a delicious, sticky and sweetener that is useful in the kitchen and especially yummy in tea. But don't stop there, honey can be a beneficial product for hair and skin too.

DIY HONEY Spa Treatment
You need:
2 Tablespoons of Honey (raw or organic)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Saran Wrap
A Hot Towel
Instructions:
Add honey and lemon juice to a small bowl and mix thouroughly
Apply to clean skin
Put saran wrap over your face, leaving the nose exposed
Finish with a hot towel on top and relax for 20 minutes
